ARULRAJA'S NLP

Assisting rural women to access their inner resources through psychosocial transformation has been a great achievement of Arulraja. They have launched successful entrepreneurial ventures in Nizamabad and Karimnagar Districts.

The International Labour Organization got Arulraja to author a Training Manual for Women in Self Help Groups to achieve psychosocial transformation, after ILO witnessed the effectiveness of his training in their project.

We have sufficient natural resources to make the world prosperous.  But we lack an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work together to turn resources into wealth. Arulraja training addresses these challenges effectively,
